Terms of Service

Acceptance and scope

These Terms form an agreement between you and ZamZam Games and apply to the website, games, account, wallet, chat, rewards, support and related services (together, the “Service”). Any game rules, promotion terms, payment instructions and policies shown within the Service form part of these Terms.

You are responsible for understanding the rules that apply before using a feature. If a specific game or promotion rule conflicts with these general Terms, the specific rule applies to that feature.

Eligibility and local law

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age for gaming in your location, whichever is higher. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• You must not access the Service from a place where online gaming or the relevant payment method is prohibited.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including tax and reporting obligations.
• We may request age, identity, source-of-funds, location or other verification where reasonably required for safety, compliance or payment review.
• Using technical tools to conceal a prohibited location or evade eligibility checks is not permitted.

Your account and security

You may maintain only one account unless Support gives written permission. Registration details must be accurate, current and belong to you. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared or used on behalf of another person.

• Keep your password, email access, two-factor setup key and authentication codes confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify Support of suspected compromise.
• Contact Support immediately if you notice an unfamiliar login, transaction or change to your profile.
• We may temporarily secure an account while ownership, security or unusual activity is reviewed.

Games, bets and results

Before confirming a bet, review the stake, possible payout, game rules and available controls. A bet is accepted only when recorded by the Service. Once accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Displayed balances, multipliers and potential returns may be rounded for presentation; settlement uses the platform’s recorded calculation and supported precision.
• Random results and past outcomes do not guarantee future results. No strategy, auto feature or third-party tool guarantees a profit.
• Auto bet and auto cashout are convenience controls, not guarantees. You remain responsible for their settings and for monitoring play.
• Completed round records and server-side settlement data are the authoritative record, subject to the error rules below.

Deposits, balances and withdrawals

Payment methods, limits, conversion rates, fees and processing times may vary and are shown in the relevant interface or by the payment provider. You may use only funds and payment instruments you are authorized to use.

• A deposit is credited after the required confirmation or valid provider notification is received.
• The displayed total balance may include funds that are not yet withdrawable because of a bonus, verification, payment review or legitimate gameplay requirement.
• Withdrawal details must be complete and accurate. We are not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect destination supplied by you.
• We may review, delay or reject a transaction where required to investigate fraud, chargebacks, duplicate credits, account compromise or legal and provider obligations.
• You must not treat the Service as a bank, exchange, money-transfer service or method for moving funds without genuine play.

Any obvious duplicate credit, incorrect balance or payment reversal remains subject to correction. You must not knowingly spend or withdraw funds credited in error.

Bonuses, rewards and promotions

Bonuses, free spins, referral rewards, achievements and promotions may have separate eligibility, expiry, wagering, game or withdrawal rules. Unless stated otherwise, they are personal, non-transferable and may not be exchanged outside the Service.

We may withhold or reverse a reward obtained through duplicate accounts, coordinated play, false referrals, self-referral, payment abuse, automation or an obvious technical error. Ending or changing a promotion does not affect a legitimately completed reward unless its specific terms say otherwise.

Prohibited conduct

You must use the Service fairly and lawfully. The following are prohibited:

You must not reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape or interfere with the Service; manipulate results or promotions; use stolen funds; launder proceeds; evade restrictions; impersonate staff; or help another person do any of these things. If you discover a vulnerability or an incorrect result, stop exploiting it and report it to Support.

Chat and community conduct

Community features must be used respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, spam, scams, doxxing, staff impersonation, malicious links, illegal content and advertising competing services are prohibited.

We may remove content or restrict chat access to protect users and the Service. Public chat is not a secure support channel: never publish passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, private keys or sensitive transaction details.

Responsible play

Gaming involves risk and should be entertainment, not a way to earn income or recover losses. Play only with funds you can afford to lose. Account limits, breaks and self-exclusion tools should be used whenever play stops feeling controlled.

Availability, interruptions and errors

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, network delay, device failure, third-party services or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

If a bet is not accepted, is duplicated, or is settled using an obvious technical, display or pricing error, we may investigate and correct the affected record to the result that should reasonably have applied, or void the affected transaction and return the valid stake. We will use recorded system data when resolving disputes. Animation differences do not override the recorded result.

Account restrictions and closure

You may request account closure through Support, subject to unresolved transactions and required record retention. We may warn, limit, suspend or close an account where these Terms are breached, security is at risk, verification is incomplete, or continued access would create legal, payment or platform risk.

Before releasing an eligible remaining balance, we may complete reasonable verification and deduct valid chargebacks, duplicate credits or amounts obtained through prohibited conduct. Restrictions may remain in place while a good-faith investigation is active.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, that third-party services will operate without interruption, or that use of the Service will produce any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZamZam Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by your device, connection, credentials, unauthorized third-party access that was not caused by us, or reliance on content supplied by other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property and general terms

The Service, including its software, interface, graphics, game presentation, trademarks and original content, belongs to ZamZam Games or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

We may update these Terms when the Service, law or operational requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date; material changes may also be communicated in the Service. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written permission. Headings are included only for convenience.
