Payouts and settlement
Dragon and Tiger pay 2x. On a tie, half of a Dragon/Tiger stake is returned. The Tie wager pays 14x.

Tie is rare and carries a much larger house edge.

Both cards are generated and settled on the server; the recorded hand determines the payout.
